How To Fix

Channel selected via remote control device does not exist.

How To Fix

Re-enter the channel number, check for the channel number in the DStv TV guide. Select the channel from the All channels list.

E38 DSTV Error

Error Message

Program map not available.

How To Fix

Most likely your LNB is not fully compatible with the type of decoder you have. You might have a single LNB and a PVR decoder. You need to upgrade your LNB, Call Cape Direct Connect on 082 233 1115 for a hassle free experience to install a compatible LNB and fix the problem

The parental PIN code has been blocked

Channel is Parental Guidance (PG) blocked / no event information or TV guide data available.

Check the PG block restriction levels, check if the TV guide data is available or check if the PIN is blocked.
